Customer will be responsible (at your own cost) for providing or arranging a suitable car parking space (and/or visitor parking permit, if required) for the Provider's vehicles within close proximity to the property.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards and EFTPOS. Our technicians carry a portable payment terminal. Payment is to be collected at time of completing the agreed service.
Please email us or text as much details as you can, and the date/time you would prefer to receive our service(s). Scheduling ultimately depends on our handymen availability and on your desired appointment time. We will confirm if that date and time window available. If you do not need a same-day appointment, we can schedule an appointment for a time that is most convenient to you.
In some cases, we can be at your doorstep same day but this depends entirely on our availability in your area. But always feel free to check with us to see if we are available for same day service.
Not necessarily. First of all you will need to let our technician into your home :-) You're more than welcome to run errands, attend to work, go shopping or focus on anything else during that time. Our goal is always to make your day easier.
We provide many different services including TV Wall Mounting, furniture assembly, Hanging Pictures, Mirrors & Paintings. So, when you don’t have the expertise, tools, time or desire, our technicians are standing by.

Things we don’t do:
Construction, painting, tiling, flooring, carpet cleaning, remodeling, doors or windows (wood/plastic repair), decks, gutters, roofing, fencing, demolition, major plumbing, major electric, heat pumps repair & installation, gardening or move furniture. Please note that we do not install sheds or pergolas.
Packaging disposal is the responsibility of the client. We recommend and will assist with recycling when possible, and can arrange for trash removal for an additional fee.
This depends on the job. Many jobs are handled by just one person. Please keep in mind that some furniture or large/heavy items , etc. can’t be assembled or hanged by one man and you'll be charged accordingly. But don't worry please - we'll discuss everything before commencing the job.
